Unmasking the Connections: The Power and Necessity of Web3 Mapping
11-17, 14:00–14:30 (Europe/Istanbul), Conference Room 2

In every tech stack, each component holds some secrets, but often, the most important secrets are found in the connections between them. Web3 mapping shines a light on these, changing how crypto companies and users approach security. Traditional methods, focused on individual assets like smart contracts, fall short.

Two notable components are the blockchain and the frontend. While blockchain often garners attention, the frontend remains an under-estimated but significant attack surface. Both, however, are part of a more extensive, interconnected network. Without understanding this network's full scope, vulnerabilities remain, and as history has shown, frontend threats have led users - both newbies and experienced - to lose money without clear solutions.
